Never enough egg pockets! Noodles all day ever day. Angel hair pasta is an amazing substitute for egg noodles or ramen. Been a staple in our household for many years now, and will continue to be many years ahead! Cook them al dente and they will be springy and smooth. Craving some of this right now. Big love for fried Hokkien prawn noodles! Egg and rice noodles stir-fried with squid, pork and prawn, in a rich and mellow prawn and pork broth. This particular one is from Maxwell Food Centre. Hits the spot well although swapping out the good ol' opeh leaf for the plastic banana leaf plate just doesn't cut it! Did you know there's an equivalent dish in Malaysia down with a sweeter black sauce and udon noodles? We love both!
